Through innovative software and a nationwide network of certified tennis professionals, we connect communities with high-quality instruction to grow participation and love for the sport. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Tennis Coach to inspire players of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will deliver engaging tennis lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and promote healthy physical activity. Your enthusiasm for coaching and sports will help ignite a lifelong passion for tennis within our community. Duties Conduct engaging tennis lessons tailored to individual skill levels and goals Develop training plans that improve technique, strategy, and fitness Foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and sportsmanship Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement Assist with organizing clinics, tournaments, and community events Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities Maintain equipment and facility standards to promote a professional environment Experience Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education preferred Demonstrated ability to work with children and manage behavior effectively Knowledge of sports like basketball, cheerleading, or other team activities is advantageous Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching and motivating students Certification in coaching or relevant sports disciplines is preferred but not mandatory Join us to make a positive impact through sport!
