Job Description

Head Varsity Girls Basketball CoachCashton School District - Cashton, Wisconsin The Cashton School District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach to lead the girls high school basketball program. The successful candidate will foster student-athlete growth through skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic, leadership, and academic accountability.
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct practices, competitions, and offseason development activities. Provide leadership and supervision for student-athletes and assistant coaches. Promote a positive, inclusive, and educational athletic environment. Ensure compliance with all district, conference, and Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) rules and regulations. Communicate effectively with athletes, families, school staff, and community members. Support the overall mission and values of the Cashton School District. Other duties as assigned by the administration
Qualifications:
Knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategy, and player development. Previous coaching experience preferred. Ability to work effectively with high school students and families. Must satisfy all district hiring requirements, including background checks and required coaching certifications.
