Full Job Description About Us:

STARZ Gymnastics Academy is a small business located in Green Bay. Our organization has a passionate team of employees and is known for our positive and uplifting culture for both students and employees. It is our mission to provide the maximum amount of opportunity, through gymnastics, for each individual in our program. We know that high-quality gymnastics can be achieved in a positive, uplifting environment, and we are committed to providing this for our athletes.

Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise preschool and recreational gymnastics classes and instructors. Supervise recreational camps, open gyms, and special events. Coach preschool and recreational classes throughout the week. Supervise, train, develop, and schedule employees. Review and evaluate staff performance. Develop staff training curriculum and strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals. Manage the program registration system. Respond to all recreational-related member and community inquiries and communication in a timely manner. Create and maintain progressive, theme-based lesson plans for preschool and recreational classes. Develop an efficient class rotation schedule to ensure students get a well-rounded experience. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Perform periodic equipment safety checks. Communicate effectively with parents regarding skill progress, scheduling, evaluations, etc. Present a positive professional attitude that reflects the goals and mission statement of STARZ Gymnastics Academy. Create new revenue generating recreational programs (events, classes, etc). Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in gymnastics programs is preferred. Experience with program management and development is preferred. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and be a team player. Must have sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions. Highly effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong passion for inspiring children and individuals to achieve goals and overcome obstacles. Willing to work evenings and some weekends. Pay is based on experience. Bonus structure based on program growth.
