Alloy Wisconsin operates Alloy Personal Training studios in Middleton and Madison East. Alloy is a national boutique fitness brand built around small-group personal training. We are a locally owned and operated franchisee. Madison East is our second studio — opening for paid sessions in August 2026 — and the Head Coach is the technical training-floor leader of the launch team.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Head Coach at Alloy Madison East is the technical training-floor leader. Your job is to be a great head coach — deliver excellent coaching, develop the coach team, and protect Alloy training-floor standards. The Director of Training handles most studio administration; you focus on the floor.YOU WILL HELP LAUNCH ALLOY MIDDLETON EAST
For a limited window pre-opening (mid-June through mid-July 2026), you'll partner with the Director of Training and the Studio Director on founding-coach hiring and training-floor setup. Once the studio is open, the role narrows to coaching delivery and coach-team leadership.HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE
Coaching small-group personal training sessions Developing and mentoring the founding coaching team Establishing training-floor systems and standards Supporting member accountability and retention Assisting with coach hiring and onboarding pre-opening Helping create a best-in-class member experience The perfect match will have exceptional on-the-floor coaching skills, leadership instincts, and the ability to help develop other coaches while maintaining Alloy's high training standards.FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE
Part-Time to Full-Time The ideal Head Coach will coach approximately 25-29 hours weekly with additional opportunities during the launch and membership ramp-up phase. Pre-opening and launch periods may include increased hours which are fully paid hourly. As the Founding Head Coach, you'll spend roughly 25-29 hours per week conducting small-group personal training sessions while also helping: Develop the founding coaching team Conduct coach observations and feedback sessions Maintain Alloy programming and training-floor standards Support member accountability and retention Build systems and processes that create long-term success During the pre-opening phase, you'll also partner with leadership on: Founding-coach hiring Training-floor setup Coaching systems and best practices Alloy training and credentialingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate small-group personal training sessions with exceptional technical coaching and member connection Develop and mentor the founding coaching team Conduct coach observations, accountability meetings, and feedback sessions Maintain Alloy programming adherence and training-floor standards Build strong member relationships that contribute to retention Assist with coach hiring, onboarding, and development Help establish training-floor systems, class structure, and delivery best practices Support overall studio culture, accountability, and member experience Other duties as assignedCORE REQUIREMENTS
Active nationally recognized certification required: NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, etc. CPR/AED Certification required 3+ years of boutique fitness coaching experience preferred Minimum 1 year in a lead coach, coach-lead, or training-floor leadership role preferred Experience mentoring or developing other trainers preferred Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills Computer literacy Evening and weekend hours are required MindBody experience preferred Comfortable with Alloy methodology or willing to complete Alloy training in AtlantaCORE VALUES
