Job Title:
Soccer Event Assistant / Coach -
Weekend Contract Work Pay:
$40 per hour
Job Type:

Schedule:
Occasional Saturdays or Sundays only
Location:
Milwaukee area We are looking for 2 soccer event assistants to help with upcoming weekend soccer recruitment events. This is not a daily or full-time position. This is on and off weekend contract work for soccer events, camps, and player recruitment showcases.
Important Requirement:
You must have played soccer at a high level to apply. This can include college soccer, varsity high school soccer, academy, club, semi-pro, or another competitive level. Please do not apply if you have not played soccer at a high level. This is a requirement because you will be helping organize drills, manage players, and assist with the flow of the event.
Responsibilities Include:
Organizing and running soccer drills Helping set up and clean up the event Picking up supplies or equipment if needed Refereeing small-sided games or scrimmages Helping manage player groups Keeping the event organized and on schedule Assisting with check-in and general event flow Making sure players are in the right areas at the right times Supporting the overall experience for players, parents, and coaches
Ideal Candidate:
Played soccer at a high level Understands drills, game flow, and player organization Reliable and on time Available on Saturdays or Sundays Comfortable taking direction and helping lead groups Good communication skills Professional around players, parents, and coaches Has reliable transportation
Schedule:
This is weekend-based contract work. Events will mainly take place on Saturdays or Sundays. Hours will depend on the event, but availability on weekends is required.
Pay:
$40 per hour
