is looking for qualified coaching staff at multiple levels!
BOSS VBC
is a girls volleyball club based in Muskego, WI We are looking to add 6 girls teams to our current offerings, and we need Head Coaches to staff these teams OPEN Head Coach positions:
  • 12U Pink (1s)
  • 13U Pink (1s)
  • 14U Pink (1s)
  • 15U Pink (1s)
  • 15U White (2s)
  • 16U Pink (1s) The ideal candidates will have a strong background in playing volleyball, coaching, teaching, and working with children and students.
This role involves developing training plans, managing teams, and fostering a positive environment that promotes skill development, teamwork, and safety. Individual pay contract-W2 employee; monthly payments; December-May through ADP. Responsibilities Develop and implement coaching strategies to help our program grow and thrive Lead training sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety protocols, and behavior management. Oversee the planning of practice schedules and coordinate with participants to maximize engagement and skill development. Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal discipline. Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to athletes of all skill levels. Ensure safety standards are maintained during all activities. Manage behavior issues effectively while promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Collaborate with parents, guardians, or staff to communicate progress and address concerns. Maintain equipment and facilities in safe condition; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Staff Summer Tune up sessions (July 2026) Staff Summer Tryouts (July 2026) Commit to at least 1 hour of practice planning per week Staff 2 practices per week (2 hours each session) Nov-May Staff 10-15 tournaments (unable to estimate hours each session); team/age level dependent. December-May (Only AAU National teams will go into June) Teams with AAU Nationals/Orlando
  • tentative 6/14/27-7/2/27 (waves determined by 12/1/26) Experience Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable.
Experience working with children or students. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster discipline and positive conduct among participants. Proven ability to lead teams or groups in a sports or recreational environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals dedicated to youth development through sports and physical activity. The Head Coach will be instrumental in shaping positive experiences that promote health, skill development, teamwork, and confidence among participants.   • AAU Nationals Tournament in Orlando, FL for our Pink teams 14+.
Coaches gear. Equipment supplied. Schedules established early.
