Waukesha North High School is committed to fostering athletic excellence, personal growth, and teamwork among our student-athletes. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Head Football Coach to lead and inspire our high school football program.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Head Football Coach to develop our student-athletes' skills, promote sportsmanship, and cultivate a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will provide overall leadership, management, and direction for the entire high school football program. This role focuses on developing student-athletes both on and off the field by fostering a culture of discipline, academic excellence, and sportsmanship with the Waukesha North community.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct practices and training sessions Develop individualized coaching plans to enhance athlete performance Teach and reinforce proper football techniques, rules, and safety protocols Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culture Motivate athletes to achieve their personal and team goals Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with school staff, parents, and athletic department Ensure compliance with school district, WIAA, and Parkland Conference policies Join Us! Qualifications Previous head or assistant coaching experience in high school or college football preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Enthusiastic, energetic, and motivating demeanor Knowledge of football techniques, video analysis, rules, and safety standards Ability to inspire and develop student athletes in an education-based setting Certification in First Aid/AED/CPR (or willingness to obtain) Candidate Requirements Additional Requirements Cover Letter Resume Letters of Recommendation
