Job Description

Job Description Overview The School of Nursing at Auburn University at Montgomery invites applications from qualified candidates to fill two vacancies for the Assistant Clinical Professor position. This is not a remote position.

Letter of Interest Curriculum Vitae Professional Reference Sheet Transcript(s) Responsibilities Classroom and clinical instruction in graduate nursing education as well as online instruction. Experience in nursing leadership/administration. Successful candidates should have a beginning program of research and scholarship; committee service and outreach activities are required. The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge and insights gained from the exploration of his/her area of specialization. Ability to communicate to professional peers. Ability to perform successfully the professional duties assigned. Ability to engage in scholarship and research. Ability to demonstrate academic growth.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral Degree in
Nursing:
PhD, DNP in Health Systems Leader, Nurse Executive, or Administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctorate degree or doctorate degree conferred by date of hire. Recent clinical experience with teaching experience at the graduate level. Why Work at AUM?
