Summary of Job Duties:

This is a 9-month, full-time, non-tenure track faculty appointment. The Teaching Assistant Professor will teach in Design Studio with a related area of topical focus. The Teaching Assistant Professor will develop coursework within a five-year Undergraduate Professional Bachelor of Architecture curriculum. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Terminal degree in architecture (MArch) from an accredited institution of higher education conferred by the start of employment Demonstrated ability to teach and/or coordinate design studio in the undergraduate Professional BArch Program A recognized body of creative work Active or developing scholarship Professional/creative practice
