Job Description

Assistant Professor, Computer Science (Tenure Track) Conducts a requisite number of classes Teaches assigned subject Teaching undergraduate computer science courses, including computer applications, computer languages, Database Management, UNIX/Linux Programming, Computer Networking, Object-Oriented Programming, etc. Provides guidance and supervision to students Creating and maintaining an environment conducive to excellence in teaching, research and services Preparation and formulation of curricula for computer science accreditation Managing computer science labs in the department Providing advisement for students Participating in academic services to the department, school, and university Other related duties, as assigned Ph.D. in Computer Science or in Information Technologies from an accredited school. A B.S. degree in Computer Science or Mathematics is a plus. Strong evidence of excellence in teaching and research in higher education institutions
