• The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition is seeking applications for a part-time instructor for the Food Science & Human Nutrition Program.

• Salary Range
• $25,000 to $35,000 annual 0.5 FTE
• Essential Job Duties
• + Teach one or more courses in one of our three undergraduate programs + Assess student progress + Provide student feedback + Develop new course materials
• Conditions of Employment
• Pre-employment criminal background check (required for new hires)
• Supervision
• This position will report to the Department Head.
• Minimum Qualifications
• + Master's degree in a related field + 1-2 years Teaching Experience
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience working in university setting + Experience designing new college-level courses + Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
