Join Our Allied Health Team! The Allied Health Department at Alfred State College is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. This role combines the best of both worlds?teaching on campus and supporting our dynamic online Healthcare Management program, along with other related courses. We're looking for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders. What You'll Do:
Teach & Inspire:
Deliver a standard load of engaging online and on-campus courses each term. Design and maintain high-quality online learning experiences that keep students motivated and connected.

Guide students through academic and career planning, and be available during regular office hours to support their success. Shape the

Contribute to curriculum development and program updates to ensure alignment with industry standards and career readiness.

Master's degree in healthcare management, healthcare administration, business administration with a focus on healthcare, or related
Preferred Qualifications:

Doctorate in a healthcare-related field
Experience:
Teaching experience in higher education
Experience:
Online teaching experience a plus Experience in student advising Experience working in a healthcare-related field, particularly a management role. Ability to teach courses in other programs in the department a plus (health information management, radiologic technology, diagnostic medical sonography, MRI)
Additional Information:
The salary for this position begins at $55,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Employees are also offered
