Oklahoma Christian University's College of Engineering and Computer Science seeks a full-time tenure-track or visiting Mathematics faculty member to teach undergraduate courses, support student mentoring and advising, and contribute to departmental and university service in alignment with OC's Christian mission.Responsibilities:
Teach 12 credit hours of undergraduate mathematics courses both in-person and online per semester Provide spiritual, academic and professional mentoring for students. Advise students in their program of study Participate in department curriculum planning and assessment tasks Create and maintain appropriate educational records to document students' academic performance, observing appropriate confidentiality. Serve on university and college-level committees. Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Masters or PhD in Mathematics or Mathematics Education Teaching experience and evidence of scholarship in the field of expertise is preferred Ability to communicate and positively engage students and colleagues. Active member of a local church that aligns with OC's Christian missionSalary and Benefits:
Salary and rank are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
