Job Description The instructional faculty member shall have the primary responsibilities of teaching, chairing dissertations, research/creative achievement, and service functions and shall be held accountable for these obligations as they contribute to the attainment of the mission of the University, the School, and the Department.
Required Qualifications
- doctoral degree in an Adult Learning, Curriculum and Instruction or similar where a dissertation served as the culminating product; and
- evidence of potential for effective teaching and scholarly activity.
Preferred Qualifications
- previous teaching experience, experience serving on dissertation committees or chairing dissertations, knowledge of quantitative methodology

Job Duty
Job Duty promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large;

Job Duty attend department, school, and university faculty meetings;
Job Duty participate in community and public service opportunities;
Job Duty attend commencement activities;
Job Duty participate in annual faculty evaluation;
Job Duty complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University; and
Job Duty perform other duties as assigned.
