Qualified candidates will hold a master's degree in Communication, Rhetoric, or a closely related field. Candidates with a master's degree in another discipline combined with significant professional experience in public speaking or a related area will also be considered. Previous college-level teaching experience is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, student mentorship, and collaborative engagement within the department. These are part-time, course-by-course teaching opportunities intended to establish a pool of qualified candidates for future instructional needs. Teaching assignments vary by semester based on departmental needs, funding, and enrollment, and qualified applicants may be contacted as opportunities arise.
