Required Qualifications:

At least five years of experience in communications At least two years professional writing experience Experience working with scientists; science or scientific-communication background Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to build relationships and engage people in laboratory activities This position is a casual position that has intermittent hours. This position will be responsible for: 50% - Being present and available at student award ceremonies and special events, to assist with logistics and public relations 50% - Providing specialized writing assistance to faculty and researchers on scientific topics for a wide variety of audiences Applications must be submitted online.
