Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large:
promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students
comply with the university Faculty/Staff Policy Manual;
submit textbook requests;
comply with announced requirements;
appropriately align course syllabi goals and objectives to academic major program goals and student outcomes for each course taught;
develop a current syllabus for each assigned class and distribute a course syllabus to each student;
submit a current copy of each syllabus to the department chair by a predetermined deadline;
evaluate enrolled students and submit grades to the Registrar by a predetermined deadline;
assure completion of the student course evaluation instrument for the semester as requested;
participate in the faculty evaluation process and use the results to improve teaching and strengthen the major;
