Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic educational team as an Instructional Coach, where you will play a pivotal role in elevating teaching practices and enhancing student learning outcomes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with educators, develop innovative instructional strategies, and implement effective training programs. As an Instructional Coach, you will leverage your expertise in learning technology, curriculum development, and adult education to empower teachers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your energetic approach and clear communication skills will drive impactful professional development initiatives that inspire growth and excellence across our educational community. Duties Design and deliver engaging training sessions utilizing instructional design principles, including ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), to meet diverse educator needs. Develop and refine curriculum materials and resources aligned with best practices in teaching and learning technology. Support the integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms to facilitate online learning and content delivery. Collaborate with teachers to analyze instructional challenges and co-create solutions using project management techniques and SCORM-compliant e-learning modules. Provide hands-on coaching in classroom settings to enhance instructional strategies, classroom management, and assessment techniques. Assist educators in creating interactive content using tools like Adobe Captivate and other authoring software for effective content development. Monitor the implementation of training programs, gather feedback, and adjust approaches to maximize impact on teaching quality. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching or classroom instruction with a strong understanding of adult education principles. Expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, with experience developing SCORM-compliant e-learning content. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Blackboard or similar platforms for content delivery and tracking learner progress. Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Proficiency in learning technology tools including Adobe Captivate, SCORM packages, and other content development software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and motivate diverse audiences. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
