JT4, LLC
provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. JOB DUTIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide training support for assigned contract(s) under general supervision. Provide technical support including the test, evaluation, validation and certification of training devices. Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties: Review training curriculum and documentation to ensure development is in accordance with specifications Develop and update program training schedules and milestones; develop training presentations and issue papers Participate in the testing, inspection, and installation of training devices Provide technical assessment of training devices and report results to customer Facilitate training programs to selected workforce segments and assess results Review and comment on equipment facility requirements, system specifications, development specifications and other program documentation Develop training device engineering change proposals Provide work direction to lower-level training personnel Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION
Assist in data entry, scheduling and tracking of training to include On the Job Training (OJT). Be an active member of the JT4 Training Working Group (TWG). Coordinate and review specific training content. Assist with implementation of new training requirements. Run Training reports from electronic tracking database and gather monthly metrics. Assist in the developing employee training profiles. Instruct courses and briefings frequently. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Forms, with strong skills in Excel. Must have data management experience. Previous experience in training or as an instructor is preferred. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Adobe Suite of creative products including Photoshop. Experience with a Learning Management System required, SumTotal experience preferred. Preferred experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise. Experience with content development and instructional design. Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and editorial skills. Exceptional organizational skills (resource utilization and prioritization) and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and execute with little direction. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across disciplines and in multiple geographic locations. Strong visual design sense with typography and layout understanding. Learning design certifications. Experience with military training records is a plus but not required. REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education or a technical discipline, or equivalent formal training and experience and at least four years of job-related training experience. In addition, a Training Facilitator II must possess the following qualifications: Must possess good communication skills and demonstrated proficiency in operating application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs are required Must possess planning/organizing skills Must be able to work under deadlines Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance Must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license Must be a U.S. citizen. SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Note:

This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. Compensation:
