The experience you bring:
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of instructional design experience, with demonstrated success supporting business or operations‑focused training. Hands‑on experience with instructional design and content development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, PowerPoint, LMS platforms). Strong capability in needs analysis, curriculum design, writing learning objectives, assessment development, and evaluation of learning effectiveness. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and navigate complexity.What makes you stand out:
Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field. Experience designing learning for regulated, operational, or production‑driven environments. Proven ability to connect learning solutions to measurable business outcomes and performance improvement. #LI-RB1Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $80,820.00- $98,780.
