Full Job Description Now Hiring:
In-Home Early Education Specialists (Ages 0-3) Make a difference in a child's first 3 years — one home at a time. We are seeking warm, dedicated Developmental Specialists to provide play-based, in-home developmental services to infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) and their families. Role:
As an Infant Specialist , you will: Deliver in-home developmental enrichment services to infants and toddlers. Build supportive relationships with families using coaching and modeling strategies. Develop and implement individualized, age-appropriate learning plans. Track progress and maintain reports using the DAYC-2 assessment tool. Collaborate with service coordinators and follow IFSP goals. Maintain flexible scheduling and clear, open communication with families. Uphold confidentiality (HIPAA compliant) and professional standards.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Child Development, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Education, or a related field. Experience with infants/toddlers (preferred, but not required). Valid Driver's License + Reliable Transportation (travel radius ~30 miles). Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills. Bilingual candidates (Spanish-English) strongly encouraged to apply! We provide extensive paid training — perfect for those new to early intervention but passionate about the field.
Compensation & Benefits:
