Job Summary Job Summary The Coordinator, Educational Programs and School Improvement provides leadership, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of instructional programs and initiatives funded through English Learner (EL) Civics, Proposition 28, Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), and other assigned educational initiatives. The Director supports instructional excellence, student achievement, school improvement planning, professional learning, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with organizational goals and student needs. The Coordinator works collaboratively with school leadership, instructional staff, student services, educational partners, and community stakeholders to improve educational outcomes, ensure effective program implementation, and support compliance with applicable educational requirements. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, public administration, business administration, organizational leadership, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Must hold a valid Teaching Credential.
- Administrative Credential preferred.
- At least three (3) years of successful experience in grant management, program coordination, compliance oversight, accountability, educational programs, or related work within a school district, charter school, adult education program, nonprofit organization, or public sector environment required.
- This position requires regular travel between sites. A valid driver's license, personal automobile, and proof of insurance required.
