Golf Instruction Specialist

We are looking for passionate and experienced golf instructors that want a new way to grow their coaching business and career! This position is part-time with flexible hours to fit your schedule. Rec provides a platform that takes care of all the logistics for instructors so they can focus on teaching and building relationships with their students.

The platform helps you:

find new students, offer private lessons, accept payments, automatically notify students of your upcoming availability, and provide insurance coverage. Rec also reserves you course time at the city's golf course through official partnerships with the Parks and Rec department. We also grant you official permission to teach at the city's public sports facilities! If you can provide a great teaching experience, we take care of the rest! Responsibilities Provide high quality golf instruction to learners of all skill levels Assess student ability and provide actionable insights for improving technique and game strategy Create a fun and fulfilling learning environment for participants Qualifications Experience coaching golf Ability to communicate effectively during 1:1 or small group instruction Strong playing ability Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a background check Nice to have qualifications (but not required!) A golf coaching certification

Pay:

Instructors set their own rates for private lessons. A portion of the lesson revenue covers tee time, insurance, payment processing, marketing, and player communications
