Position Overview We are seeking an Adobe Acrobat Pro Specialist to provide hands-on training and best-practice guidance for document management, PDF workflows, accessibility, and security procedures. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led Adobe Acrobat Pro training Train users on PDF creation, editing, and document workflows Provide instruction on forms creation and e-signature processes Introduce accessibility compliance fundamentals Train users on document redaction and security features Recommend workflow improvements and efficiency enhancements Required Qualifications Significant experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro in professional environments Experience delivering software training and workshops Knowledge of PDF workflow optimization and document security Strong presentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Adobe Certified Professional certification Experience supporting public-sector document management processes Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance requirements
