Job Description The Instructional Lead is responsible for the strategic design and optimization of our technical customer education ecosystem. This individual will transform complex product functionality into a high-impact e-learning engine that drives user adoption and retention. You will be tasked with building a "living" curriculum that thrives in an environment of rapid product iterations and ambiguity.   •  5+ years in Instructional Design or Technical Enablement, specifically within the SaaS industry for adult learners
  •  Expert-level experience with LMS platforms, digital adoption tools, and content creation tools
  •  Proven ability to design educational content for products that evolve regularly.
  •  Ability to quickly "break down" complex software features and explain them simply to diverse user personas.
  •  Demonstrated experience building certification programs
  •  Experience managing content within an LMS
  •  Strong understanding of adult learning theory and outcome-centered design
  •  Ability to work independently in a contractor capacity
