Hopelight Behavioral Health is seeking full-time and part-time Special Education Treatment Fidelity Specialists to join our team to bring hope to struggling families through the power of ABA therapy!
Job Summary:
The Special Education Treatment Fidelity Specialistserves to ensure high levels of treatment fidelity in Hopelight's ABA therapy delivery. The Special Education Treatment Fidelity Specialistreports directly to the Coordinator of RBT Supervision and Development and works under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst Team.
Responsibilities:
Provide treatment fidelity supervision for behavior technicians providing ABA therapy for Hopelight clients in our centers and in public and private school classrooms Collect treatment fidelity and client behavioral data and provide proper graphical representation Train and coach behavior technicians on correct implementation of treatment protocols Problem-solve treatment implementation in sessions with behavior technicians and communicate the need for treatment protocol revisions to Behavior Analysts Provide positive and corrective feedback for behavior technicians Develop tools to be used in treatment under the direction of the Behavior Analysts Communicate effectively with the Hopelight multi-disciplinary team Fill in for direct care staff in center when needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a Masters' Degree in a related field and a current special education teaching license At least one year of experience working with children with special needs Clear background check Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance Able to lift 40 pounds and have physical mobility to move quickly in a variety of settings

At Hopelight Behavioral Health, we provide high quality ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges.
