With over 25 years of service, Roots PCS is grounded in an African-centered educational philosophy, dedicated to developing students who are academically strong, culturally grounded, and socially responsible. The school operates as a "village" learning environment, where half of the population is considered at-risk or disadvantaged, and relationships are central to the school's identity.
