This role focuses on cultivating physician relationships, guiding participants through educational pathways, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through long-term clinical adoption and continued involvement. Success in this position requires a unique blend of relationship management, customer success, physician education, and strategic communication. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for healthcare professionals while helping advance educational initiatives focused on minimally invasive spine surgery and emerging technologies. Working closely with clinical faculty, educational leadership, sales teams, and program operations, this individual will help strengthen physician engagement, support educational outcomes, and foster lasting professional partnerships. Primary Responsibilities Physician Engagement & Relationship Development Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians participating in LESS Society and KIC Ventures educational initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for physician participants throughout their educational journey. Develop an understanding of each physician's clinical interests, practice goals, and training objectives. Create personalized engagement plans to support physician development and program participation. Foster long-term relationships with surgeons, pain physicians, fellows, and practice leadership teams. Maintain regular communication with participants before and after educational events. Educational Enrollment & Participant Assessment Conduct introductory consultations with prospective physician participants. Evaluate physician educational goals and determine appropriate training pathways. Assess procedural experience, practice focus, and learning objectives. Recommend educational opportunities based on physician interests and development needs. Guide participants through enrollment and readiness processes. Ensure physicians understand program expectations, educational value, and available resources. Physician Success & Experience Management Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style participant experience. Anticipate questions and proactively address concerns throughout the physician journey. Ensure participants remain informed, prepared, and engaged. Act as an advocate for physician needs across internal departments. Identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction, participation, and long-term engagement. Support the overall quality and consistency of physician-facing interactions. Data Management & Educational Insights Maintain detailed physician records and engagement histories within CRM platforms. Track participation, educational milestones, and ongoing communication. Collect feedback through surveys, interviews, and assessments. Analyze physician engagement trends and educational outcomes. Support reporting efforts related to program effectiveness and participant satisfaction. Help identify opportunities for future educational content and program improvements. Educational Program Support Collaborate with faculty and educational leaders to align participant goals with training opportunities. Assist with distribution of educational materials, agendas, and learning resources. Support participant preparation prior to educational activities. Attend physician education programs as needed to support participant engagement. Help ensure educational objectives are clearly communicated and achieved. Post-Education Follow-Up & Ongoing Engagement Maintain relationships with participants following educational programs. Coordinate follow-up discussions regarding implementation, next steps, and continued education. Monitor physician progress and ongoing participation. Facilitate introductions to appropriate internal resources when needed. Support physician retention and continued involvement within LESS Society initiatives. Encourage ongoing participation in future educational offerings, research programs, and professional development opportunities.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional presence when interacting with physicians and healthcare executives. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel periodically for physician education programs. Preferred Experience in healthcare, medical device, physician relations, customer success, hospitality, or clinical education. Experience working with physicians, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, or medical practices. Familiarity with CRM systems and relationship management tools. Experience supporting professional education or training initiatives. Knowledge of medical device commercialization, physician onboarding, or healthcare operations.
