Medical Education Coordinator#26-16070 $21.60-$23.60 per hour Jacksonville, FL All On-site Job Description Our Client, a Medical Devices / Healthcare company, is looking for a Medical Education Coordinator for their Jacksonville, FL location.

Responsibilities:

50 Coordinating and submitting the documentation for all meetings. 25 Reconcile all payments to and from client with outside vendors for programs and meetings. 10 Coordinate special meetings and events. 5 Work with cadaver vendors to secure resources for labs. 10 General clerical duties 100 Total Percent (not to exceed 100%) Individual percent's should be greater than or equal to 5%.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to operate independently, handle stressful situations, use initiative and innovation to handle issues and make decisions. ious administrative experience. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Internet Explorer/Mail/Calendar, Livelink, DCS, Access, Acrobat or Adobe and the ability to learn new software applications. Possess a general understanding of client instruments and implants. Demonstrated strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities.
