Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a large-scale organizational transformation initiative. In this role, you will create engaging training materials and learning resources that help employees, leaders, and business stakeholders successfully adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex information into clear, user-friendly training content and professional presentation materials.
  • Remote Role Starting in July / 6 month project
  • salary: $38 - $40 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

  • What You'll Be Doing Design and develop training materials for virtual and instructor-led learning programs Create PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, and learning toolkits Partner with project teams and subject matter experts to gather information and develop training content Translate business process changes into easy-to-understand learning materials Build audience-specific learning paths and training resources Support pilot training sessions and incorporate feedback into final deliverables Ensure learning materials are engaging, practical, and aligned with business objectives Collaborate with Change Management and business leaders to support adoption and readiness efforts What We're Looking For 4+ years of Instructional Design, Training Development, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training experience strong PowerPoint presentation development skills Experience creating training guides, SOPs, job aids, facilitator materials, and learning documentation Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate information clearly Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts strong writing, communication, and project management skills Experience supporting organizational change, process improvement, or transformation initiatives is highly preferred •6 month project•SkillsInstructional DesignPowerpoint (4 years of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 4 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
