Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview The Instructional Designer (ID) partners with Project Managers (PMs) to design and deliver effective training programs for customer service representatives across global business units. This role applies established instructional design methodologies, including the ADDIE model, to develop engaging and impactful learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement training programs Design and develop instructor-led and e-learning courses Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) to create structured learning experiences Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze content and identify training needs Assess business processes and systems to determine skill gaps and learning objectives Learn and test proprietary systems to support training development Create interactive and engaging learning materials using appropriate tools Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in instructional design or related field Strong understanding of instructional design theory and practical application Experience developing both instructor-led and e-learning content Ability to analyze information and translate it into effective training solutions Required Skills & Tools Instructional Design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) Articulate Storyline Articulate Rise 360
