Description of Position Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and integrating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process into the clinical practice of the long-term care facilities utilizing the interdisciplinary approach. Works with KGC nursing management in upholding quality measures and meeting regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Hawaii required. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience in long-term care nursing required. Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience preferred; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position. Basic Life Support, Level C , certification required, with retraining once every two years.
