Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Instructional Coach to inspire and empower educators through innovative training and development initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a vital catalyst for enhancing teaching practices, curriculum implementation, and learning technology integration. Your expertise will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring educators are equipped with the skills and resources needed to deliver engaging, effective instruction in a childcare enviornment. Duties Collaborate with educators and administrators to assess training needs and develop tailored instructional strategies that align with curriculum goals and learning standards. Support the integration of learning technology tools into classroom practices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Implement comprehensive curriculum materials, instructional guides, and digital resources. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to educators on best practices in teaching, classroom management, and assessment strategies.. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives. Substitute in the classroom in case of teacher absences. Skills Proficiency in project management to coordinate multiple training projects from inception to completion. Background in childcare setting with an emphasis on teaching/classroom experience in an early learning environment. Excellent communication skills for delivering presentations, facilitating workshops, and providing constructive coaching. Demonstrated leadership skill and interpersonal skills that enhance a positive, productive culture. Experience with NAEYC Accreditation, IQ4K, and state licensing standards.
