Job Description

Hiring:
Training Specialist III / Instructional Designer Chicago, IL (Local Candidates Only | Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite)
Contract:
6 Months (Potential Extension)
Work Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM We''re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who can independently drive the entire ADDIE process from Analysis through Evaluation.
Must-Have Skills:
Instructional Design & ADDIE methodology Articulate 360 / Rise 360 LMS experience (Cornerstone preferred) Stakeholder & SME management Learning metrics, evaluation & continuous improvement Experience creating eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, and job aids Nice to
Have:
Vyond, Synthesia, or video editing tools Jira or project management tools Large-scale/cross-functional learning programs Strong business acumen
Important:
Candidates must be able to demonstrate end-to-end ownership of instructional design projects and provide a portfolio/work samples during the interview process. Interested candidates, please share your resume and portfolio/work samples.
