JOB DETAILS POSITION SUMMARY
•LSW Assessment Specialist
POSITION DUTIES
•Conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments, evaluates patients' mental health and social needs, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate treatment and discharge plans.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Indiana
LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHA
Masters in Social Work or Counseling BLS 2 years recent relevant experience in an acute hospital setting
