Shift Primarily days, evenings and weekends might be required to complete work load. Job Summary The Information Technology Trainer is responsible for: Developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's digital adoption platform and related initiatives to enhance end user training and onboarding Converting operational processes into intuitive guided walkthroughs, process flows, and in app support using digital adoption tools Supporting enterprise change management by creating strategic, user focused content and ensuring adherence to governance standards for naming, organization, accessibility, and lifecycle management Continuously testing and updating content to maintain accuracy and alignment with evolving systems, configurations, and policies Partnering with end users to gather feedback, address questions, and ensure solutions meet business needs Managing permissions and access requirements to support a seamless digital adoption experience Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
