Full Job Description Schedule:
Afternoons and early evenings (after-school hours), with some weekend availability required Role Overview IvyMath is hiring a paid Education Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, immersive role focused on student instruction, team leadership, and center operations. This role is designed for recent college graduates who are seeking a longer-term opportunity to build a career in education, leadership, youth development, or academic program management. The Education Coordinator works closely with center leadership and plays an active role in daily instruction, instructor support, and operational coordination. No prior classroom teaching experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development are provided. Key Responsibilities Work directly with students in grades 1-12 using IvyMath's instructional methods Learn and apply IvyMath curriculum and individualized learning plans Support, coach, and model best practices for instructors during instructional sessions Communicate with parents regarding student progress, goals, and program updates Assist with scheduling, student coordination, and daily center operations Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming learning environment Collaborate with center leadership on instructional quality and team development This is a hands-on role emphasizing communication, education, and leadership growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (all majors welcome) Interest in education, leadership, youth development, or program management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children or students (tutoring, coaching, camps, mentoring, classrooms, etc.) Comfort with math through the high school level Organized, reliable, and eager to learn and take initiative All applicants must pass a math literacy assessment, background check, and provide work authorization.
