    INSTRUCTIONAL
    DESIGNERLocation:
    Baltimore, MD, Candidates must be local or within 2 hour radius as they will be required to interview in-person.
    Work Mode:
    5 days in the office
    Skills Required:
    Instructional design experience for online training.

    Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as AI authoring tools.

    Accessibility Standards (WCAG).Content management platforms such as SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365 tools.

    Ability to collaborate with senior SMEs to develop and refine learning solutions.
    Optional/Preferred Skills:
    Administrative and/or reporting experience with Cornerstone on Demand.

    Background in Cybersecurity, Technology, or Compliance training.
