Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This role will focus on creating and curating a strategically designed library of learning content for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and curation of a library of learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and other resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and create relevant content that aligns with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs. Organize and categorize content to ensure easy access and usability for employees. Support the implementation and maintenance of a Learning Management System (LMS). Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the content library. Assist in the creation of marketing materials to promote the use of the learning library among employees. Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or content creation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
