Based on Experience Position Summary Village of Shiny Stars is seeking a highly organized and passionate Curriculum Lead to support the implementation of our educational programs across our three childcare locations. This position is ideal for an experienced early childhood professional who is committed to ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children and continuous professional growth for teachers. Responsibilities Implement and oversee curriculum across all Village of Shiny Stars locations. Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure curriculum fidelity and effectiveness. Monitor and document teacher implementation of lesson plans and curriculum objectives. Evaluate and score teacher performance related to curriculum delivery. Identify professional development and training needs for individual teachers and classroom teams. Provide coaching, support, and feedback to teaching staff. Assist with curriculum planning, lesson development, and classroom organization. Maintain documentation of observations, assessments, and coaching sessions. Collaborate with Center Directors to improve instructional quality and student outcomes. Support licensing and quality improvement initiatives as they relate to curriculum implementation. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. CDA with significant curriculum leadership experience will be considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting. Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum implementation. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to travel between Detroit, Roseville, and Redford locations. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
