Description:
The Instructional Technology Specialist advances high-quality instruction and student learning by aligning curriculum, professional learning, and instructional technology to district priorities. This role builds educator capacity and ensures the effective, ethical, and sustainable integration of technology to improve instructional practice and student achievement.
Job Summary:
Curriculum, Instruction, and Learning Design. Support teaching and learning by aligning curriculum, instructional practices, and digital tools to standards and learning outcomes. Professional Learning and Instructional educator capacity through high-quality professional learning, coaching, and leadership development that integrates instructional best practices and effective use of educational technology. Systems Implementation and Technology effective implementation, sustainability, and alignment of instructional technology systems. Evaluation, Impact, and Continuous effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of instructional practices, professional learning, and technology integration.
Qualifications:
BA Degree; MA preferred Minnesota teaching License 5 years teaching experience. Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating high-quality professional learning for adult learners. Data-informed, technology-integrated curriculum, assessment, and instructional design
