This role involves providing school based duties as required to ensure compliance with Special Education processes, facilitate team collaboration and enhance student outcomes .   • Process Coordinator Serve as Local Education Agency representative as needed in Individual Education Program (IEP) and other decision-making meetings regarding special education for individual students.
Coordinate and facilitate special education meetings, ensuring all required team members are involved. Provide special education teachers and related service providers direct consultation and coaching regarding effective specialized instruction practices. Review and monitor student data to ensure appropriate services and interventions are implemented. Assist in planning and providing high quality professional development for special education staff. Serve as a liaison between educators, families, and service providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide guidance on best practices in special education documentation, timelines, and processes. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Education with a Certification in at least one area of Special education or a related field is required. Current Missouri licensure. Experience working with pediatric populations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn and use web based technology for communication, scheduling and documentation. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual abilities. Knowledge of augmentative alternative communication devices is preferred. Previous experience in school. Experience A Master's Degree in Education with a Certification in at least one area of Special education or a related field is required. Experience working with pediatric to age 21 populations is preferred. Familiarity with early intervention strategies and school-based therapy services is a plus. Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
