The Position The Educator, Hospital Service is responsible for maximizing donation through the education and development of Hospital Services (HS) staff. The educator will develop, facilitate, and document the onboarding and continuous education and training for the staff. The educator will identify, provide, and encourage development opportunities and ensure HS staff remain compliant with policies and procedures. The educator will foster a supportive and enriching continuous learning environment. What You'll Do Facilitate role specific onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with instructional designed plans, learning objectives and content activities. Conduct follow-up sessions with new hires and their manager(s), providing feedback to reinforce skill development and manage expectations. Assess and evaluate learner performance through observation, knowledge checks and feedback; document and track outcomes in LMS system. Create and maintain an inclusive, structured and engaging learning environment that supports adult learning principles, diverse learning styles and operational needs. Facilitate learning. Use knowledge about participants' capabilities, skills and abilities in training activities, examples and discussions that relate content to participants' real-life experiences. Ensure education programs equip team members with the skills necessary to effectively collaborate with hospital stakeholders, develop action plans, and drive measurable improvements in donation outcomes. Observe, provide feedback, and engage with field employees to enhance relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consistent application of established hospital processes in support of a donation culture. Provide tools and resources (job aids, quick guides, talking points) that support real-time performance in the field. Coordinate and participate in donation awareness activities, recognition events and health observances (e.g. National Donate Life Month) Prepare and schedule onboarding for newly hired staff in collaboration with the new hire's manager. Schedule and coordinate staff development or education series on a quarterly basis. Document educational activities, hospital interactions and outcomes in designated systems. (e.g. LMS, Salesforce) What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in education, communications, business, healthcare, marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. facilitation expertise in adult learning principles Minimum of 3 years experience in training, education, customer engagement, sales, marketing, healthcare or a related field Designing or delivering structured training programs, workshops or learning events Relationship building, stakeholder engagement or customer development practices How performance, processes and engagement impact outcomes in organizations Ability to adapt training to diverse audiences and learning styles Comfort with data, feedback and CI approaches Fluent in the DDI concepts of Guiding Principles and Interaction Essentials (Preferred) Versed in applying A3 thinking to problems and issues (Preferred) What We'll Bring Health insurance premium option at zero out of pocket for single coverage, eligible on your first day 401(k) Retirement Match
