Bridging the gap between educational theory and classroom practice.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Cirriculum Inplemenatation:
Develops, refines, and ensure district cirricula align with state educational standards and are inplemented with fidelity.
Teacher Coaching & Mentoring:
Observe classroom instruction, provide instructive feedback, working one on one with teaches, and models effective teaching techniques.
Data Analysis:
Interprets student performance data from standardized tests and local assessments to help teachers sdjust instructional focus and target interventions for struggling students.
Professional Developement:
Design, organizes, and facilitates jobembedded workshops, training sessions, and grade- level meetings.
Resource Management:
Evaluate and recommends textbooks, software, media, and other instructional materials.
Typical Qualifications and Requirements Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Cirriculum and Education, or a related field.
Certification:
Valid state teaching license or specific endorsement ina core subject.
Experience:
3-5 years of exemplary, proven classroom teaching experience. Core Skills Exceptional communiction, coaching, and cnflict-resolution skills. Data literacyand the ability to disaggregate assessment results. Organizational skills to coordinate between school administration, district office, and teaching.
