Determined by Position Description The College of Health invites applications for a Clinical Education Coordinator to support its developing Physician Associate (PA) Program. The Clinical Education Coordinator assumes a key role in establishing partnerships between the PA program and clinical facilities for the purpose of securing quality clinical placements for the training of all PA students. Examples of Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to develop and maintain the master clinical calendar. Manage student credentialing, health, and safety compliance for clinical placements. Coordinate faculty and student orientation to clinical sites and oversee placement operations. Maintain affiliation agreements and records, including preceptor licensure and certification. Address and manage student, faculty, and preceptor clinical placement concerns. Support clinical placement analysis, accreditation activities, and coordination of on-campus clinical call-back weeks. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree and three (3) years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook), as well as the ability to stay current with emerging office technologies. Ability to develop spreadsheets with software applications and programs. Proficient with online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom and/or other). Possess knowledge of correct business practices, correspondence, and typing formats, including grammar, composition, spelling, and punctuation. Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including fractions, decimals, and percentages. Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend regulations, procedures, and policies and apply them to specific situations. The ability to work independently or as a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 12 months/year.
Probationary Period:
Six (6) months minimum
