This role offers an exciting opportunity to empower educators and learners by designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital content and instructional strategies. Your expertise will help foster a vibrant learning environment that leverages cutting-edge tools and methodologies to enhance teaching effectiveness and student success. Collaborate with educators to assess their technology needs and develop tailored instructional solutions that align with curriculum goals. Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training sessions on learning management systems (LMS), Blackboard, SCORM packages, and other educational technologies. Create visually compelling and interactive digital content using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Develop engaging multimedia materials including videos, animations, and tutorials using Adobe Captivate, video editing software, and other visual design tools. Apply instructional design models like ADDIE to structure course development processes effectively from analysis through evaluation. Manage projects related to curriculum development, content updates, and technology implementation ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Conduct research on emerging learning technologies and best practices to continually enhance instructional offerings. Proofread and review all educational content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency before deployment. Support classroom teachers with integrating new tools such as Blackboard or LMS platforms into their teaching practices. Facilitate adult education workshops focusing on professional development in instructional technology use. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Expertise in graphic design, visual design, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. Proven experience in training & development, curriculum development, and applying instructional design models like ADDIE. Solid understanding of learning technology platforms including LMS systems such as Blackboard or similar tools; familiarity with SCORM standards for e-learning content. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated classroom experience or background in adult education to tailor training approaches accordingly. Proficiency in video editing software for creating engaging instructional videos; research skills to stay current with evolving educational technologies. Ability to proofread educational materials meticulously for quality assurance purposes. This position is a paid role committed to fostering innovation in education through technology!
