In this role, you will create engaging, high-quality learning solutions that empower teams across the North American Transformers HUB. From dynamic presentations to interactive e-learning and multimedia content, your work will bring complex ideas to life and support operational excellence. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and training teams to transform technical knowledge into clear, accessible, and visually compelling learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity and strategy while driving continuous improvement in how people learn and grow.
