This contract role is based on-site in Jersey City, NJ, and offers strong extension and conversion potential. Join a team dedicated to creating engaging digital learning experiences for corporate functions.
Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
Develop and design online training courses utilizing Articulate Storyline 360 and internal tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning partners to convert content into effective eLearning solutions. Create new training materials and update existing content to align with evolving strategies. Produce microlearning assets that meet current learning objectives. Manage the entire development process, from kickoff to release, ensuring quality and compliance.
Instructional Designer Qualifications:
Over three years of instructional design experience, preferably in a corporate setting. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360. Experience designing self-paced eLearning modules. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines. Knowledge of adult learning principles (such as ADDIE) and experience managing multiple projects.
