Instructional Systems Designer

We are looking for a skilled Instructional Systems Designer to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining instructional materials that enhance learning experiences and align with organizational objectives. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the creation of engaging and effective educational content.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials tailored to diverse learning needs and objectives.
• Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in training and recommend appropriate instructional solutions.
• Apply principles of instructional systems design to develop clear and effective learning materials.
• Evaluate existing training programs and suggest improvements to enhance learner outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
• Provide support in integrating instructional materials into larger organizational training frameworks.
