This is a part-time role perfect for someone who is passionate about community engagement, education, and making a positive impact. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, traveling to various schools and community sites to lead demonstrations, facilitate camps, and support special events. About Us We're a fast-growing small business based in Jersey City, on a mission to spark curiosity in the next generation of innovators. We run hands-on classes and camps for kids ages 5-18 in drone flying, drone building, drone photography, and 3D printing. Our students walk away with real skills, big smiles, and the confidence to build the future.

Position Details Compensation:

$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Part-time (5-10 hours per week).

Note:

Flexibility is required to accommodate event and camp schedules.

Location:

Based in the Jersey City area with required travel throughout Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, and Bayonne.

Key Responsibilities Event Facilitation:

Serve as the face of our organization at weekend special events, ensuring a high-energy and professional experience for all attendees.

Educational Outreach:

Travel to local schools to conduct interactive demonstrations and presentations.

Camp Support:

Lead and assist with seasonal camp sessions, providing structured and engaging activities for participants.

Logistics & Equipment:

Safely transport necessary presentation materials and equipment to and from various locations.

Requirements Reliable Transportation:

You must have your own dependable vehicle to travel between locations in Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, and Bayonne.

Flexible Availability:

Must be available for weekend events and weekday camp/school programming.

Example Weekly Availability:

Saturday:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Special Event)

Tuesday:

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Camp Session)

Wednesday:

School Demonstrations/Presentations Engaging Personality:

Ability to command a room, present information clearly to students/audiences, and maintain high energy throughout your shift.
